SailGP brings colour and life to Millbay’s quaysides

Residents and visitors to Millbay have been enjoying the spectacle of one of the most thrilling and prestigious international sailing events taking place in Plymouth, Britain’s Ocean City. 

Millbay has been centre stage as the technical area and base for teams taking part in the SailGP event, which has brought colour and life to the regenerated waterfront.

The adrenaline-filled event is being held in partnership with Plymouth City Council, with support from Millbay’s lead developer the English Cities Fund, Associated British Ports and Sutton Harbour Group.
