£4.5 million investment boost for Millbay
Major infrastructure works to pave the way for the next phase of development at the Millbay regeneration scheme, in Plymouth, are to be brought forward following the announcement of a £4.5 million investment by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) the national housing and regeneration agency.
